Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. This allows us to spend more time with you and provide the comprehensive care you deserve without insurance company restrictions. We can provide you with a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan.

Patients can be provided with a detailed superbill to submit to their PPO insurance plan for potential reimbursement, with many patients in Marin County receiving 50% to 80% back depending on their coverage. What happens if I miss an appointment?
Alex Brown, DC requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full visit rate for both package holders and members. This policy ensures that all patients in Marin County have dedicated, uninterrupted access to their scheduled one-on-one time with Dr. Brown.
