We are an out of network provider for all insurance plans. This allows us to spend more time with you and provide the comprehensive care you deserve without insurance company restrictions. We can provide you with a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Yes. Chiropractic care is a qualified medical expense, and we accept HSA and FSA cards as payment.
Packages are prepaid visits that must be booked in advance and used within 12 months. Memberships are recurring monthly or quarterly payments that provide ongoing care with priority scheduling. Memberships offer the best value for patients who need consistent care.
Memberships require a 3 month commitment (except Concierge Unlimited, which is pay as you go). After the initial commitment period, you can cancel with 30 days notice.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without 24 hour notice will be charged at the full visit rate for members and package holders.
